Do I need any equipment?+
No. The app is bodyweight-first — a pull-up bar and floor space cover almost everything. When you're ready to add a weighted vest or belt, you can log external load on any movement too.
Is this for beginners or advanced athletes?+
Both. Progressions start at the very first step — box pistols, wall handstands, tuck holds — and run all the way to full planche and human flag. You train at whatever step you're on now.
How is this different from a normal gym tracker?+
Gym trackers are built around weight on a barbell. This one is built around how calisthenics works: timed holds, skill progressions, and bodyweight-plus-load — the things a barbell app simply has no field for.
